We are seeking for qualified instructors, who are certified on Microsoft products and technologies and/or master in technologies of Object Oriented applications development, but who are also certified on the best teaching methodologies to ensure that our students will acquire and retain these important skills.
Position Responsibilities
Conducting technical training in a classroom environment to a wide range of students.
Teaching material from approved curriculum and develops lesson plans according to outline.
Providing quality instruction to students by ensuring student satisfaction through the classroom according to the program objectives.
Motivating students to actively participate in all aspects of the educational process.
Maintaining expertise in the subject area, learn features of new releases quickly and update existing courseware as new versions of software are made available.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years applicable experience in the Hi-Tech industry.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Ability to utilize different methods and mediums in delivering the course material.
Experience in organizing and writing reports and presentations of a technical nature.
Experience as an IT Technical Trainer, delivering group training in any of the following areas:
1.
One or more Microsoft certifications: MCSE, MCAD, MCSD .NET, MCITP, MCPD, MCDBA, MOS.
2.
Microsoft Developer Tools & Languages: .NET Framework, ASP .NET, Visual Basic, Visual Studio, SharePoint Services
3.
Object-Oriented applications development: OOA&D, UML, Design Patterns, C++, Java and C# programming. For all computing environments: Programming, Application Porting, Development and QA Tools, Embedded Systems and Real-time Programming, Client/Server and Distributed Computing, Multithreaded Programming, Solaris, Windows (Win32) on Uniprocessors, Hyper-threaded, Multi-core and Multiprocessors, Software Internationalization and Unicode.
4.
One or more Cisco certifications: CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, experience in CCIE Routing & Switching, CCIE Service Provider, CCIE Security, & CCIE Voice certifications for Enterprise clients.
