    JANUARY 2, 2012 - TEL AVIV, ISRAEL. The Manufacturers Association of Israel (MAI) held a professional seminar "New Models for Setting up and Managing Operations in China" for industrialists who have an interest in the Chinese market.

    Speakers included Israeli experts and business managers with rich experience in China, who shared their knowledge and experience in managing successful industrial projects and business activities there. The seminar hosted a Chinese delegation from the city of Changzhou who wishes to promote cooperation with Israeli enterprises.

Facilitating Local Currency Sales Contracts (RMB invoicing)

PTL Group facilitates contracts between foreign clients and local customers. Acting as resellers (4PL) or collection agents, we provide invoicing in local currency, execution, collection and follow-up including aging reports, credit control and more.

 

Financial management, budget planning and control

We act as your in-house Financial Director, Financial Controller or Accountant. In PTL Group we believe in transparency. We conduct periodical reports, reviews of business deals and negotiations, for all of our clients. PTL Group controls and monitors budgets and expenses of local staff. It also collects the payments, plans cash-flow of your local activities, covers the operational expenses and transfers the funds back to you. We do our utmost to comply with your corporate reporting timetable and ERP requirements.

 

Preparation of management information

Preparing all management information required, ensuring it is available on-line and/or in hard copy format. PTL Group’s financial team has the experience to set up full ERP infrastructures based on your company’s needs. We do our utmost to ensure that all such information is analyzed and highlight the key issues. We take over cash-flow forecasting for our clients as well.

 

Tax planning and compliance

PTL Group’s financial team represents its clients and supports them when dealing with local tax audits and relevant government relations.

 

Special projects

We will help you with other special projects as required.
