This new workshop in the Institute for Turnaround's Professional Development programme has been produced with the support of PTL Group and in particularly, Zvi Shalgo, Chairman and CEO of PTL Group.

Zvi Shalgo is a dynamic entrepreneur with extensive business development and general management experience. He has over 20 years of top management positions in industrial and trading companies. In the last 17 years Zvi has been living and working in China.
Since 2000 Zvi has invested in several companies in Hong Kong and China forming what later became PTL Group where he serves as Chairman and CEO.

Also presenting a case study is Peter Gallagher. For the last six years Peter was Managing Director of LycoRed Ltd. He developed a nutritional premix business from a small UK focused operation to a global player whilst significantly improving the KPI performance and customer profile. Currently Peter is establishing an independent consultancy taking advantage of extensive experience gained after 27 years.
