Our unique business model allows international companies, which do not have a legal entity in China, to operate in the Chinese market with capabilities to conduct business like any other company. Employment and hosting of local and foreign employees, importing, warehousing, managing local stock, RMB invoicing, VAT refund, RMB purchasing, collection and transfer of funds overseas, assembly and manufacturing are only some of the services foreign companies can benefit working with PTL Group.

We offer a faster and more efficient  solution for small and medium sized companies (SMEs) with limited resources as well as companies who are cautious about setting up an entity in the Chinese market.

Working with PTL Group has significant advantages over establishing an entity in China:

  • Immediate start. Our ready-made infrastructure allows selling and/or employing and hosting your staff in China from Day 1.
  • Gradual investment. Using our penetration business model you can invest step-by-step depending on how your business develops in China.
  • Faster time-to-market. Our local infrastructure allows you to shorten lead time by holding stock and spare parts in China and by selling and invoicing in RMB to your end-users.
  • Better risk control. Using PTL Group until you establish a strong cash flow means that you can invest more resources into your core competencies and avoid a costly process of setting up an entity in China.
  • Transparency. We implements checks and balances to ensure maximum accountability and transparency from your staff, suppliers and customers, while ensuring they receive their legal entitlements.
  • Independent decision-making. The way to succeed in China is to have a total control over your selling process, supply channels and products in China. With our business model you are fully in control of your sales channels from a port all the way to the end-user, while relying on our existing infrastructure and a team of experts, which provides support and professional assistance.

Without having an entity in China, you enjoy full capabilities of a WOFE, coupled with professional managerial support, with a much smaller investment and better risk control mechanisms.

Our solution allows international companies to approach hundreds of relevant channels by offering local currency (RMB) price lists,  invoicing in RMB, getting VAT refunds and managing local stock and credit options.
